American Pickers star Mike Wolfe posted a video of himself and his girlfriend, Leticia Cline, on a motorcycle trip—and fans expressed concern over illegal activity in the comments.
“Took an 8 hour ride and made it 14, backroads most of the way and a hell of a lot of rain in the last stretch,” Wolfe captioned his update. “But it was worth it because the @hdhomecoming is something you don’t want to miss. God bless America and @harleydavidson.”
At the beginning of the video, the TV personality sang “Sixteen Tons” by Tennessee Ernie Ford before showing footage of the motorcycle venture to Harley-Davidson Homecoming in Milwaukee, Wis., with Cline. The montage included a shot of his speedometer, which reached 107 miles per hour at one point.
In the comments, Wolfe’s Instagram followers delighted in his exciting adventure.
One fan shared, “Hope y’all are having a blast 💯✌️🤟🤘.”
Another confessed, “Makes me want to buy a Street Glide,” of Wolfe’s newest “family member”—which he introduced in June.
Someone else commented, “Love the intro! You two had a blast! Great memories! ❤️.”
However, others took note of Wolfe’s excessive speeding and couldn’t help but share a safety warning.
“Don’t go so fast!” one Instagram follower insisted.
A different user wondered, “Why you acting like your 16? Keep the speed down 🤡!”
