From Love to Loss: McBee Dynasty Cast Faces Heartache After Season 2
Find out what the McB family and friends have been up to since the McB dynasty’s dramatic season 2 final.
The McB dynasty, real American cowboys season 2 finale, ushered in happy endings for some family members, while others faced uncertain futures.
The show’s sophomore season wrapped with the cast, including Steven McB Jr., Cole McB, Casey Adhissen, Christy McB, and Braden McB along with patriarch Steve McB Senior celebrating Jesse McB and Ali Ventresca’s wedding.
However, Galivas Alcasa missed the nuptials following a car accident and arrest, while Kala Jackson no-showed.
Steve Senior’s girlfriend Masha was not invited in hopes of avoiding any unnecessary wedding day drama.
Before taking its bow, however, the McB Dynasty’s September 1 episode jumped ahead two weeks to show Steven Jr. finally coming clean to his brothers Cole and Jesse about the FBI investigation into their father, including the very real possibility of prison time.
“I have no idea what the future holds with my dad’s situation,” Steven admitted in a confessional.
“There’s a lot of tough times ahead.”
“My end goal is to make sure that this farm is here, not only for our kids, but our kids’ kids.”
Indeed, after season 2 filming wrapped, the McBs added not one but two new family members amid several other life changes.

How Steven McB Jr. and Kala Jackson ended season 2 of the McB dynasty.
A post-fall update revealed that Steven Jr. and Kala have not seen each other since December, but continued to text weekly.
However, that has since changed.
Steven Jr. told the Daily Dish via an August email, “Kala and I do not have a relationship and that door has closed permanently.”
“There’s just been so much that has happened between us and between her and my family where sometimes it’s better to start fresh with someone new than try to go back and work through the extremely tough situations and heal from them when there’s still so much built up inside.”
“I still care about her, but watching everything play back is hard and brings back the emotions of that time period.”
“So it’d be tough to still continue to talk in any capacity while watching episodes play back and not feel emotionally charged.”
He added, “I wish her nothing but the absolute best and for all of the success in her life.”
“She’s an incredible woman and we have so many great memories created together, even through the tough times.”
Steven has been dating again, but he further revealed that he’s currently hoping to settle down soon.
“I’m not really looking for casual dating or just having fun going out in the city at night,” he shared in a July interview with the Daily Dish.
“I’m looking for something more permanent.”
In his August email, he noted that he’s not currently in a serious relationship, but is definitely looking.
“Having my two nieces around has certainly given a new perspective on life and understanding what I want out of it.”
“And being able to start a life with someone and build a family is the ultimate dream of mine.”
Calla has been spending plenty of time traveling since her split from Steven Jr., sharing looks into her recent vacations to Aspen and Los Angeles.
How Cole McB and Casey Atkinson ended season two of the McB dynasty.
The season 2 finale also informed viewers that Cole and Casey welcomed their daughter Blair Collins McB in December 2024.
Becoming first-time parents ultimately changed their relationship for the better.
“Since the day Blair was born, Cole has stepped up in ways I never could have imagined, not only as Blair’s father, but as my partner,” Casey shared via email.
“He has been there for me in every way possible while navigating a newborn and everything that comes with postpartum life.”
“Parenting has taught us both patience and a deeper appreciation for each other.”
“Seeing Cole with Blair reminds me why I fell in love with him in the first place, and I truly believe there is nothing in this world he wouldn’t do for Blair and me.”
“Parenthood can be hard, but every day I notice how much stronger our bond has become, and how lucky we are to be building a life together as a family of three.”
Cole, for his part, referred to their daughter’s birth as the best thing to ever happen to him and Casey.
“Watching Casey become a mom and watching her motherly instincts kick in has been so awesome,” he said.
“She is literally the best mom in the world, and I couldn’t ask for a better partner to take on this new journey of parenthood.”
“Our relationship is by far in the best spot it has ever been in, and I love my little family.”
Per an episode 10 end card, Cole and Casey still had not made any wedding plans, but that could change in the not-so-distant future.
“I think we are both ready for the next step, so maybe it will happen soon,” Cole teased.
“I am ready and excited for engagement and a marriage,” Casey added.
“Becoming parents has brought us so much closer and I feel confident in our relationship to take that next step.”
“Blair will be a beautiful flower girl, and that makes it even more special.”
How Jesse McB and Ali Ventresca ended season two of the McB dynasty.
Following their season-ending wedding, Jesse and Ali also became parents to a daughter named Summerlay McB in April 2025.
“I truly have no words to describe what it feels like becoming a mother and seeing the love of your life become a father,” Ali wrote on Instagram.
“My heart has never been so full.”
While visiting Bravo HQ with Steven Jr. in July, Jesse reflected on the amazing feeling of first-time fatherhood.
“She’s kind of getting her own personality and recognizing things,” he shared.
“So I think this is my favorite part.”
Jesse joked that he has changed a total of five diapers so far, which he said was more than his dad or Cole could claim.
As for living arrangements, Jesse revealed they’ve been spending more time in the city rather than on their Gallatin, Missouri farm.
“My mom lives in the city.”
“Her parents live in the city.”
“So as far as babysitting Summer, it makes life a lot easier.”
“We’ve been able to find a happy medium that works for both of us.”
How Galina Saska ended season two of the McB dynasty.
Despite her earlier uncertainty, Galina is still working for the McB family.
“We are chugging along, making it happen one day at a time,” the McB farm shared.
She has also moved on from Steve Senior and started dating again.
“It’s never going to be Steven Senior ever again.”
“This was a disaster.”
Galina’s relationship with Christy, on the other hand, is now thriving.
“I adore her. She is great.”
“I enjoy talking to her. She’s a super intelligent, awesome person.”
How Christy McB ended season two of the McB dynasty.
Christy shed light on her decision to forgive Galina despite the affair during her 28-year marriage.
“Galina apologized to me and I’m not bitter with her at all,” Christy said.
“I don’t have any ill will towards her.”
“I wouldn’t ever want to punish her.”
“She’s a hard worker and a strong woman.”
“She just fell under his manipulation.”
Despite the difficult past, Christy is now in a much better place with her ex-husband.
According to Steven Jr., their relationship is stronger than ever.
“My mom and dad have the best relationship they’ve ever had,” he said.
“We get together as a family and eat dinner two or three times a week.”
“My mom will drive to the farm and we’ll all go over to my dad’s lodge and he’ll cook out for everyone.”
How Steve McB Senior and Masha ended season two of the McB dynasty.
Steven Jr. and Jesse also discussed their father’s relationship with Masha.
When asked if they are still together, Jesse said no.
Steven Jr. added that while officially no, Masha is still frequently at the farm.
“He tries to hide it and not tell us whenever she’s over.”
By his estimate, she stays at the lodge three or four nights a week.
The McB Dynasty finale also stated that Steve Senior pleaded guilty to insurance fraud in November 2024.
He is now facing up to 30 years in federal prison.
His sentencing is currently scheduled for September 9, 2025, according to reports.
